So when is the next submission date and when will Singapore become one of the participating countries again?
At this stage, there are no immediate indications as to when Montblanc HQ would put Singapore in the countries selection list again - given the fact that we've got Singaporean winner, Justin Lee's artwork for 2007.
I will inform you on any developments in the future once I receive news.
